All the staff were so nice and welcoming, it made me fell so happy and like I was welcome and everyone was so social ! Will book again I think!

Nothing, I honestly had an amazing time, the facilities were fantastic and communication as fantastic!

The location was great and fantastic because it was right by Shibuya st, the airport and a hill.

A guest room with a projector screen has basic facilities you need. There is a plenty of supplies like : central heating and an electronic key card. The hotel boasts super central location in the common area.

The rooms are impressive and silent, have down pillows. It includes climate control and an electronic key card...

Thank you for a really good stay. Exceptional hotel, impressive room, plus the location is unbeatable. The staff is patient, welcoming. It offers fantastic service. There is parking nearby. Living in the middle of the town gives a special feeling. There's variety of restaurants to choose from, like Biodinamico, located within 5 minutes walk or so.

Great experience for solo travelers

The pod was surprisingly comfortable and allowed me to control everything with just a touch of a button even got to meet some cool fellow travelers during happy hour with that free beer. The location is perfect just a short walk to the famous crossing and tons of good food nearby.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but worth the price for the experience.

Clean room, comfortable bed, the excellent shower space made my stay enjoyable, especially with the added convenience of 24-hour reception and a location just a 5-minute walk from the Shibuya crossing.

Noise levels in the shared spaces could be an issue, and privacy in the pod was occasionally compromised due to foot traffic.

The location in Shibuya was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I also loved the cozy vibe, great for solo explorers like me.

It was a bit awkward sharing space with so many men. The air conditioning needed a boost too-sometimes it felt stuffy. A little more attention to guest comfort would go a long way!

I noticed some difficulty finding luggage-sized lockers for larger bags, leading to a bit of unease about my belongings. The air conditioning was inconsistent. This might be a personal quirk, but it's worth considering for others with similar preferences. The occasional noise from the lounge area could disrupt your peace if you're a light sleeper, especially late at night.

Much better than my previous experience in tokyo. The high-tech pods were super comfy, the showers were clean and spacious, and the location couldn't be beat. Plus, i loved the free beer hour too.
